You’ll taste the sherry cask finish whiskies of Glenglassaugh and Glendronach, next to classic sherry styles that grace the barrels before them. Explore the complex aromas, flavours and character of each pairing and discover how these special casks impart their magic into every bottle.

We're thrilled to be welcoming one of Australia’s best cocktail bars Byrdu and Never Never Distilling Co as the next stop of their Migration Tour this Friday 23rd August!⁠

In our early evening session, ticket holders will be treated to table service from the Byrdi crew, immersing guests in their unique style and produce led cocktail program.

Join us as we welcome Bruichladdich to Edward & Ida’s on Thursday 15th August for an extra special rare whisky tasting.

We’ll be popping the cork on a bottle of Bruichladdich 30 Aged Years, one of only six to reach Western Australia!

Descend the staircase to Ida’s Cocktail Den, where you’ll be greeted with a cocktail on arrival, before enjoying substantial, whisky-friendly snacks and exploring these incredible whiskies.
